When you consistently operate with a high-impact strategy, you’re not just completing tasks - you’re actively shaping your reputation, building influence, and creating the opportunities that lead to promotions, recognition, and long-term career success.

Go through all of the questions and select a value. At the end add up your total points
Then do the following:
1. Celebrate your wins! You've come so far, take a moment to acknowledge that.
2. Spot gaps and areas you feel you want to improve on. Where do you want to be more impactful in your career and you would see the biggest returns if tackled?
3. Pick one of them to start with and commit to a simple action this week to get started.
