Hey, I'm Nicole!
Six months ago, I'd never used AI. Now I'm building the same AI systems I use for my own career, live, with corporate professionals across the world.
At the start of this year, I was terrified AI would overshadow the career I’d worked so hard to build. So I made myself one promise: learn it.
I’m not techy. I don’t code. I had no idea where to start, and nobody at work was showing me.
So I started small: one tool, one prompt, one annoying task at a time. I quickly figured out that AI is brilliant at the stuff that eats your week, like emails, meeting notes, reports and calendar chaos. I built my first automations and suddenly an hour of admin took ten minutes.
I shared what I was learning as I went. Fast forward to today, and you found me. Now thousands of non-techy corporate professionals learn AI with me here at Phase 20.

Why Phase 20 Exists:
Most companies handed their employees AI tools and zero instructions. No training, no use cases, no idea how it fits into your actual job.
Phase 20 fixes that. Practical tips, automations and workflows that take the admin off your plate and make you ridiculously more productive, explained in plain English by someone who started exactly where you are.
