Q4 is here! One of the busiest times for many of us working in corporate. But, that shouldn't stop us from pushing our own agendas and achieving our own career goals. That's why I have created this Q4 challenge where over the next 6 weeks we're going to help you do less and impact more - and the most amazing thing is, we're going to do this all together!

WHY HIGH-IMPACT-TASKS MATTERS
High-impact tasks are the key to being seen, rewarded, and promoted in the workplace. It’s not enough to just stay busy, you need to focus on the projects and actions that drive results, showcase your value, and get noticed by the right people.
Prioritising high-impact work helps you make tangible contributions that matter to your team and the business. These are the tasks that demonstrate your skills, leadership potential, and ability to deliver results that others recognise.
When you consistently focus on high-impact tasks, you’re not just completing your to-do list, you’re building a reputation as someone who gets meaningful work done, adds strategic value, and earns opportunities for growth and promotion.

1. List all of your current tasks and responsibilities
2. Evaluate your tasks and ask yourself:
- Does this task support my career goal?
- Does this task support my teams or company's strategic priorities?
- Does leadership care about the outcome?
3. Based on that categorise your tasks in
- High-Impact
- Necessary
- Low Impact/ Busy
STEP 3
Your Challenge for this week:
Pick one low impact tasks that you either automate, delegate our simply cut out.
On the other hand, pick one high impact that you are going to double down on and commit to this week.
