WHY VISIBILITY MATTERS
Visibility is one of the most powerful tools you have for advancing your career. It’s not enough to work hard or achieve great results, if no one knows about your contributions, your impact can go unnoticed. Being visible ensures that your achievements, ideas, and strengths are recognised by the people who make decisions, opening doors for promotions, stretch assignments, and opportunities to grow.
But visibility isn’t just about self-promotion. It’s about strategically showing up where it matters: in high-impact projects, during key meetings, and across networks within your organisation. When done consistently and thoughtfully, it positions you as someone who adds value, takes initiative, and can be trusted with bigger responsibilities. In short, visibility helps you turn hard work into tangible career progress.
