Most importantly, we’ll guide you to create a step-by-step 60 day development plan that actually moves you closer to your next career milestone, whether that’s a promotion, a raise, or simply feeling more confident and recognised at work. By the end of this challenge, you won’t just have a list of goals; you’ll have a clear direction, practical steps to follow, and the confidence to take charge of your career in Q4 and beyond.
