This is not a theory session. I am building it live in Claude, on screen, while you watch.
The setup that reads your overnight emails, sorts what actually needs a reply, drafts those replies for you, and has your inbox triaged before you have had your first coffee. We are building it together.
We are building in Claude because it works the same way for every single person in the room. No IT settings, no licence tiers, no company restrictions that change what you can access. You watch it being built, then you build it yourself.
We will also spend time on Microsoft Copilot. What the scheduling feature actually requires. Why some of you have it and some of you do not. And exactly what to say to your IT team to get it enabled if your company uses Copilot.
