Who is it for?
Will this work if I'm not technical? Yes, absolutely. I'm not technical myself. I just got curious on how we can use it to our advantage. I'm building everything with you step by step. This challenge is for corporate professionals who keep hearing about AI but haven't figured out how to actually use it for their specific role. You might be in finance, insurance, manufacturing, sales, or any office-based role where the company has rolled out AI tools but nobody has shown you what to do with them. You're not behind. You just haven't had someone show you how this works for what you actually do every day. If you've tried ChatGPT, got a generic answer, and thought "this isn't for me," this is exactly for you. We don't do generic. Every agent is built around your job.
I'm not UK-based, are there recordings? Absolutely! This November, we’ve adapted the challenge to fit around your busy Q4 schedule. Every training session is recorded and divided into easy-to-navigate chapters, so you can jump straight to what you need and revisit the content whenever it suits you. Wherever you are in the world, and whatever your schedule looks like, whether you’re juggling work, family, or childcare, you won’t miss out. You can learn at your own pace, on your own time, and build a routine that works for you, rather than trying to fit into mine.
I'm in my 40s, does this work for me? Yes. AI doesn't care how old you are, and neither does this programme. What matters is whether you're working in a corporate role and want to get better at using AI for the job you're actually doing. Some of the women who responded most strongly to our live demos were in their 40s and 50s, specifically because they've been in their industries long enough to know exactly which tasks waste their time. That clarity makes the setup process faster, not slower. If you're working and you want a practical AI system for your role, you're the right person.

How can I use this at work exactly? Everything we build maps to real weekly tasks: prioritising your to-do list, managing recurring admin, drafting emails and messages, and reviewing your work before it goes out. Nothing here requires a tech background. I’ve designed the challenge to help you with your individual role and responsibilities. Nothing you’ll learn will be generic. We’ll start with your personal AI strategy and make sure every automation and agent ties directly back to your role and use cases for AI.

Process
How much time do I need to factor in for the Corporate AI Challenge? The recorded training adds up to around 1.5 hours per week, broken down into bite-sized 10–15 minute videos. This means you can easily fit a video in here and there, whenever it works for you. During Weeks 1 and 2, you’ll also have around 30 minutes of prep work. And each week, you'll be given a new challenge to work on independently, so I'd recommend another hour of your own time for that. In Week 4, we’ll also have a 1-hour live session (1st December, 7pm UK time). In total, we recommend allowing around 2–3 hours per week if you want to put what you learn into practice and follow along with the challenge. You can fit it around your own schedule and work at your own pace.
When does the programme start? The 3rd cohort runs for four weeks starting November 8th, 2026. Every Sunday, you'll get access to new videos & resources, with lifelong access. So, even if you have a busy week or month, don’t worry! You won’t lose access to the materials. You can complete the challenge at your own pace and revisit the training materials whenever you need to, whenever it suits you.
When is the live call? Our live call is on Tuesday, at 7pm UK time, 1st December 2026.
Will I get another chance to join? Honest answer, at this point, I'm not sure if I will run the Corporate Challenge in this format again. But this is the last time I'm running the challenge this year. So, if you’ve been waiting for the right moment to close that AI knowledge gap, build your confidence, and feel more prepared for what’s ahead, take this as your sign. ✨
What if I can't make the live call? No problem, the call will be recorded and sent to you within 24 hours, wherever you're based. You'll still get the full workflow and prompts either way.
What Copilot License do I need? You’ll need at least a Copilot Premium licence to access the basic features we’ll be working with. Don’t worry if you don’t have access to tools like Copilot Studio, Cowork, or Code. I know that everyone’s Copilot setup can look a little different, and I’ll share workarounds and alternative ways to build agents and automations based on the tools and access you have available. The goal is to help you make AI work for you, whatever your setup looks like.
Is this safe to use? This is probably at the back of your mind when it comes to AI. All the agents and automations we build together during the challenge will never act without your approval. They won’t send an email or take action without you completing the final review and proofread. We’re also not going to connect random tools to your AI. The only things you’ll need to connect for our workflows are your email account and calendar and if you use Copilot, these are likely already set up by your IT team. Please also ensure you've read our Terms and Conditions.
