Who is it for?
Will this work if I'm not technical? Yes, absolutely. I'm not technical myself. I just got curious on how we can use it to our advantage. I'm building everything with you step by step. This challenge is for women working in corporate who keep hearing about AI but haven't figured out how to actually use it for their specific role. You might be in finance, insurance, manufacturing, sales, or any office-based role where the company has rolled out AI tools but nobody has shown you what to do with them. You're not behind. You just haven't had someone show you how this works for what you actually do every day. If you've tried ChatGPT, got a generic answer, and thought "this isn't for me," this is exactly for you. We don't do generic. Every agent is built around your job.
I'm about to go on / currently on maternity leave. Is this the right time? Honestly, it might be the perfect time. You'll have the headspace to learn something new without the pressure of implementing it at work the same week. And when you go back, you'll return with a full AI setup already built and ready to go while everyone else is still figuring out where to start. The live calls are recorded, so if a session clashes with real life (because babies don't check calendars), you won't miss anything. The agents you build are yours to keep and use whenever you're ready.
I'm in my 40s, does this work for me? Yes. AI doesn't care how old you are, and neither does this programme. What matters is whether you're working in a corporate role and want to get better at using AI for the job you're actually doing. Some of the women who responded most strongly to our live demos were in their 40s and 50s, specifically because they've been in their industries long enough to know exactly which tasks waste their time. That clarity makes the setup process faster, not slower. If you're working and you want a practical AI system for your role, you're the right person.
Does this work if my company only uses Copilot? Everything you build in the Challenge, your Weekly Priority Planner, Corporate Task Assistant, Comms Assistant, and Challenger, transfers directly to Microsoft Copilot. I've spent the last few weeks testing everything I've built in Claude inside Copilot, so I'll be able to walk you through live builds in both platforms during the Challenge. If you're planning to build in Copilot, I recommend choosing the Premium tier. It includes Microsoft-specific workbooks with the exact prompts, setup, and frameworks you need to recreate every system inside Copilot.

How is this different from the free AI Live Demo ? The Live Demo on 28th July shows you what's possible if you set up your first inbox automation. The 30 Day AI Challenge helps you set up a full end to end AI system for corporate. So not just one, but multiple automations where it matters most and customised around your role, industry and company. Besides that you'll map out your AI strategy, build bespoke agents and connect with likeminded women who are on a similar journey as you. Over four weeks, we help you overcome your AI fears and set up your AI agents and automations together, live, for your specific role, and you can ask questions and build alongside me. You leave with ready to use AI agents you use every day at work, not just ideas.
How can I use this at work exactly? Everything we build maps to real weekly tasks: prioritising your to-do list, managing recurring admin, drafting emails and messages, and reviewing your work before it goes out. Nothing here requires a tech background. If you want to use these systems directly at work, make sure you choose the tier that's right for you. For example, if you're planning to build in Microsoft Copilot, you'll want to select the Premium Tier, which includes the Copilot-specific workbooks and prompts
Process
How much time do I need to factor in for the 30 Day AI Challenge? One hour a week for the live call, plus roughly 30 to 60 minutes to apply that week's agent to your own role. If you can't make a call live, it's recorded and sent to you within 24 hours.
When does the programme start? The live cohort runs for four weeks starting August 1, 2026. This isn't a self-paced membership, it's a fixed cohort with a start and end date.
When are the live calls? Our live calls will be at 7pm UK time. On 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th August, 2026.
Will I get another chance to join? Honest answer, at this point, I don't know if I'm going to run the 30 Day AI Challenge again. It's really something I wanted to offer as a one off to help you build automations, agents and so much more as quickly as possible.
What if I can't make a call? No problem, every call is recorded and sent to you within 24 hours, wherever you're based. You'll still get the full workflow and prompts either way. Little heads up, if you want lifelong access and not just 3 days replay access make sure to select the premium tier.
What's included in the VIP 1:1 AI deep-dive? It's a private 1:1 session with Nicole designed to help you get the most from your AI setup and position this framework as your own inside your company. By then, you'll have been using your AI agents for a few weeks, so Nicole will review your workflows, recurring tasks, and your current AI setup to identify what's working, what's missing, and what needs refining. The goal is to make sure you're still using these systems three months from now, not abandoning them after week two. You'll also work together on how to position your AI systems strategically within your organisation, so you're not just using AI, you become known as the person driving AI innovation. The goal? To position yourself as the AI innovator in your organisation. By the end of the four weeks, you'll have the AI agents, automations, and confidence to make that a reality.
Do I need to pay for Claude separately? It depends. Throughout the Challenge, I'll be demonstrating how to build your AI systems in both Claude and Microsoft Copilot. My recommendation is to build everything in Claude first. It's the easiest platform to learn on, and once you understand how your AI agents work, you can recreate them in Copilot on your work laptop. That said, if you prefer, you're welcome to follow along and build directly in Copilot. If you choose to build in Claude, you'll need a Claude Pro subscription (around £18/month) to access the features required for the AI agents we create together. Think of it as an investment in your learning, you can always cancel it after the four-week Challenge if you no longer need it. One thing to be aware of is that some of the automation features in Microsoft Copilot require your organisation to have the appropriate Copilot licence and certain settings enabled. Many companies only provide employees with the free version of Copilot, which has some limitations. But don't worry. We'll cover everything step by step. During our first live session, we'll make sure you have at least one platform up and running so you can confidently follow along from day one.
Is this safe to use? This is probably at the back of your mind when it comes to AI. All the agents and automations we build together during the challenge will never act without your approval. They won’t send an email or take action without you completing the final review and proofread. We’re also not going to connect random tools to your AI. The only things you’ll need to connect for our workflows are your email account and calendar and if you use Copilot, these are likely already set up by your IT team. However, it’s important to review your AI settings carefully. In Week 1, I’ll walk you through some key data privacy settings to ensure your Claude and Copilot only access and remember what you want them to. Please also ensure you've read our Terms and Conditions.
