I created the 30 Day AI Challenge and started our first cohort in August. Many of you couldn't make the first cohort and asked for a September one. So here it is!

Who is it for?
Will this work if I'm not technical? Yes, absolutely. I'm not technical myself. I just got curious on how we can use it to our advantage. I'm building everything with you step by step. This challenge is for women working in corporate who keep hearing about AI but haven't figured out how to actually use it for their specific role. You might be in finance, insurance, manufacturing, sales, or any office-based role where the company has rolled out AI tools but nobody has shown you what to do with them. You're not behind. You just haven't had someone show you how this works for what you actually do every day. If you've tried ChatGPT, got a generic answer, and thought "this isn't for me," this is exactly for you. We don't do generic. Every agent is built around your job.
I'm not UK-based, are there recordings? Yes, and honestly, this is exactly why Core exists. Every live session is recorded and sent to you within 24 hours, wherever you are in the world. So if the timing doesn't work for your timezone, you're not missing out, you're just building on your own schedule instead of mine. If you're US or AU based and the live time genuinely isn't workable, Core was built with you in mind. I'm in my 40s, does this work for me? Yes. AI doesn't care how old you are, and neither does this programme. What matters is whether you're working in a corporate role and want to get better at using AI for the job you're actually doing. Some of the women who responded most strongly to our live demos were in their 40s and 50s, specifically because they've been in their industries long enough to know exactly which tasks waste their time. That clarity makes the setup process faster, not slower. If you're working and you want a practical AI system for your role, you're the right person.
Does this work if my company only uses Copilot? Yes, I've spent the last few weeks testing everything I've built in Claude inside Copilot, so I'll be able to walk you through live builds in both platforms during the Challenge. Both tiers come with all Copilot and Claude resources. So you can easily follow along in your preferred AI platform whilst learning a few new things about Claude too.
Results
How can I use this at work exactly? Everything we build maps to real weekly tasks: prioritising your to-do list, managing recurring admin, drafting emails and messages, and reviewing your work before it goes out. Nothing here requires a tech background. I’ve designed the challenge to help you with your individual role and responsibilities. Nothing you’ll learn will be generic. We’ll start with your personal AI strategy and make sure every automation and agent ties directly back to your role and use cases for AI.

Process
How much time do I need to factor in for the 30 Day AI Challenge? Our live calls are roughly 1 hour each week, although they can sometimes run closer to 1.5 hours. In Weeks 1 and 2, there’s also around 30 minutes of prep work ahead of each session. Each week, you’ll be given a new challenge to work on independently, so we’d recommend factoring in around another hour of your own time for that. So in summary roughly 2-3 hours per week if you want to build live and follow along the challenge.
When does the programme start? The live cohort runs for four weeks starting September 8th, 2026. Every Tuesday we come together for the live session but you have lifetime access to all resources and recording shared during the challenge.
When are the live calls? Our live calls are every Tuesday, at 7pm UK time. On 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th September, 2026.
Will I get another chance to join? Honest answer, at this point, I'm not sure if I will run the 30 Day AI Challenge live again. I'm planning it one cohort at a time.
What if I can't make a call? No problem, every call is recorded and sent to you within 24 hours, wherever you're based. You'll still get the full workflow and prompts either way.
Do I need to pay for Claude separately? It depends. Throughout the Challenge, I'll be demonstrating how to build your AI systems in both Claude and Microsoft Copilot. My recommendation is to build everything in Claude first. It's the easiest platform to learn on, and once you understand how your AI agents work, you can recreate them in Copilot on your work laptop. That said, if you prefer, you're welcome to follow along and build directly in Copilot. If you choose to build in Claude, you'll need a Claude Pro subscription (around £18/month) to access the features required for the AI agents we create together. Think of it as an investment in your learning, you can always cancel it after the four-week Challenge if you no longer need it. One thing to be aware of is that some of the automation features in Microsoft Copilot require your organisation to have the appropriate Copilot licence and certain settings enabled. Many companies only provide employees with the free version of Copilot, which has some limitations. But don't worry. We'll cover everything step by step. During our first live session, we'll make sure you have at least one platform up and running so you can confidently follow along from day one.
Is this safe to use? This is probably at the back of your mind when it comes to AI. All the agents and automations we build together during the challenge will never act without your approval. They won’t send an email or take action without you completing the final review and proofread. We’re also not going to connect random tools to your AI. The only things you’ll need to connect for our workflows are your email account and calendar and if you use Copilot, these are likely already set up by your IT team. However, it’s important to review your AI settings carefully. In Week 1, I’ll walk you through some key data privacy settings to ensure your Claude and Copilot only access and remember what you want them to.
