Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 20 July 2026 (updated 24 July 2026)
Phase 20 maintains this website, any courses offered, and other linked and related sites (the "Site") for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users ("Users") upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these "Terms of Use" and forms a binding agreement between you and Phase 20. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
1. Use of Site
Phase 20 provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the "Materials"). Phase 20 authorizes each User to view and download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.
Any agents, prompts, or setups that you build for your own use during a Phase 20 course or programme are yours to use for your own personal and professional purposes.
2. User Warranty
As a User you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other educational platform and that you use the Site and Materials solely for the purpose of increasing your general knowledge and for educational purposes only.
3. Trademark and Copyright
Phase 20, and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of Phase 20 and its affiliates. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
4. Third-Party AI Tools and Software
Phase 20 courses, including the 30 Day AI Challenge, teach Users to use third-party AI tools, including but not limited to Claude (Anthropic) and Microsoft Copilot. These tools are not owned, operated, or controlled by Phase 20.
Users are responsible for:
-
Obtaining and paying for any subscriptions or licences required to use these tools (for example, a Claude Pro subscription), which are separate from and additional to any course or programme fee;
-
Complying with the terms of service of any third-party tool they use;
-
Any costs, usage charges, or fees they incur through their use of those tools.
Phase 20 does not control and is not responsible for the availability, functionality, pricing, features, or continued existence of any third-party tool. Features may change, be withdrawn, or depend on settings controlled by the tool provider or by a User's employer or IT administrators. Where a technique taught in a Phase 20 course relies on a third-party feature, Phase 20 cannot guarantee that feature will remain available or will function in a User's particular environment.
5. Your Devices, Accounts, and Data
Users are solely responsible for their own devices, hardware, software, accounts, files, and data.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their data before applying any technique taught in a Phase 20 course. Phase 20 is not responsible for any loss of, or damage to, data, files, devices, accounts, or systems arising from a User's use of AI tools or from following any technique, prompt, or instruction provided in a course or in the Materials.
Use of workplace data and confidential information. Users are responsible for complying with their employer's policies and any applicable laws when using AI tools in connection with their work. Users must not input into any AI tool any information they are not permitted to share, including confidential, personal, regulated, or client information, unless they have confirmed they are authorised to do so and that it complies with their employer's policies and applicable data protection law. Any consequences of doing so are the User's responsibility, not Phase 20's.
6. Hyperlinks
Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Phase 20 has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.
7. No Warranty and No Guarantee of Results
The Materials provided at this site are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Phase 20 further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Materials at this Site. Phase 20 may make changes to the Materials at this Site, or to the services and prices described in them, at any time without notice. The Materials at this Site may be out of date, and Phase 20 makes no commitment to update the Materials at this Site.
Phase 20 courses and programmes are educational. The results a User achieves depend on many factors outside Phase 20's control, including the User's own role, effort, inputs, working environment, employer, and how they apply what they learn. Phase 20 does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to: that any AI setup will function in a User's particular environment; any specific time savings or productivity improvement; or any career outcome such as a promotion, pay rise, new role, or recognition. Any examples of results, whether Phase 20's or a participant's, are illustrative and are not a promise or guarantee of a User's results.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Phase 20, its suppliers, or other third parties mentioned at this Site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from lost, corrupted or inaccessible data, damage to devices or accounts, interruption of services, inaccurate information, or any career, financial or employment consequence) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this Site, any websites linked to this Site, any third-party AI tool, or the Materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the Materials or information from this Site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Phase 20's liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where Phase 20 is found liable to a User despite the above, its total liability shall not exceed the total amount that User paid for the relevant course or programme.
9. Refund Policy
Phase 20 wholly believes in its product. It believes the methods work, but only if the Client is dedicated to the process. Nevertheless, Phase 20 offers a conditional 3-day refund under the following circumstances:
In the event Client desires a refund, Client must contact the support team at phase20team@gmail.com within the first three (3) days from the date the Phase 20 30 Day AI Challenge was purchased. Within this 3 day window, a representative from Phase 20 will schedule a call with Client to discuss the basis for the request, and provide Client with a refund request form to complete via Typeform, that will allow Client to submit any necessary evidence of coursework completed. Client MUST speak to a Phase 20 customer service rep to be able to receive a refund. Once a call has been offered, Client must accept and complete the call within 14 days of the date it is offered. Any and all requests for refunds will be decided by the Phase 20 team and within Phase 20's sole and exclusive discretion. If a refund is granted, Client can expect reimbursement thirty (30) days after cancellation of Programme in the same manner in which payment was made, less a 10 GBP cancellation fee. If a refund is not granted, Client understands he/she remains financially responsible for payment in full of Programme, and as long as Client has received the full Phase 20 30 Day AI Challenge course or Module, Client has no further recourse regarding refunds.
Client understands he/she will be forfeiting any and all access to Programme and benefits if a refund is issued, including but not limited to modules, and all other information included within Programme.
Due to the subjective nature of the Programme provided by the Phase 20 30 Day AI Challenge, and Phase 20's inability to control Client's availability, motivation, external forces, financial situation, or level of engagement in Programme, Phase 20 is not able to offer refunds after these 3 days. Please conduct any and all necessary research to determine if the Phase 20 30 Day AI Challenge is right for you prior to purchasing – after the 3 day period, all purchases are final, and Client is responsible for the full payment of all program fees, whether or not Client completes Programme.
10. Tiers, Access, and Limited Places
Details of each tier, what it includes, and its price are set out at the point of purchase. By purchasing, you agree to pay the full price for your chosen tier. Certain tiers or elements (including 1:1 sessions) are limited in number, are allocated on a first-come basis, and are non-transferable to another person unless Phase 20 agrees in writing.
Phase 20 may need to reschedule a live session. If it does, it will give as much notice as reasonably possible and a recording or alternative will be made available. All live sessions are recorded and made available to participants in line with their tier. Rescheduling of, or non-attendance at, a live session is not grounds for a refund.
11. Effective Date and Updates
The Terms are effective as of July 20th, 2026 and are subject to change without notice by Phase 20 at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
